My daughter needed to be officially inducted into the wonderful world of 'teenhood' for her (you got it, thirteenth) birthday. What better to sweeten her entry into this new era than a vanilla cake with chocolate frosting. Sprinkles prettying the inside and out, creamy chocolate oozing down the sides and nestled between two layers, this cake ushered her into her next season of life garnering her a big sugary smile.
